2012 Ford Fiesta Radio
My radio/sync/everything that has to do with my stereo is dead. It makes the most obnoxious static and popping noises.
The audio power could be off and it still occurs. I've even turned my car off, gone into a store, came out, and the noise was still occurring. Just because I have to drive a lot for my job, Ford has informed me it's not covered because it's not under warranty. I would understand if driving my car had anything to do with the audio malfunction...
however that is not the case. I am aware that Ford does make exceptions to the warranty in special cases such as my own (considering my car is only 2 years old). However, they are declining to cover my repair. Apparently, my complaint isn't being taken seriously because not enough people have complained about it!!
This is an OBVIOUS issue with the car and not the user. I have done nothing wrong to the car to cause this and yet I am expected to *** the bullet and just accept that I can't do anything else. I posted a video of the horrible car that I've been cursed with (I have more videos if you need more proof... words can't even describe how upset I am about this).
Never buying Ford again!! I hope that Ford takes this customer's complaint very seriously!

My 2014 Ford Focus did the same thing! I bought it brand new off the lot.
About a year later it started the obnoxious popping sound. Brought it to the dealer only to be told that it's not covered under warranty. It finally just stopped working completely a few months after the popping started. Once my warranty was up I found out from them that it should have been covered!
But they don't care they still won't make it right! So I have a new car with know radio! I will NEVER ever purchase a ford again! NEVER!
Ford sadly sucks now! They don't give a *** about the customer.
