Ford refuses to accept responsibility for heater failure due to poor design.
Dec 1, 2008
Ford complaint by Gregsp
I own a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis LS.I have been driving it for about 3 years without heat because I cannot afford the $500-$800 repair cost .I am well aware that the bumper to bumper factory warranty is expired and I am also aware, from my research,of the complaints of many other Ford product owners with a similar problem. In my opinion this is too common to be normal wear and indicates a design flaw spanning several years and models.Ford should assume responsibility for this failure regardless of the status of the warranties on these vehicles.

I am no where near sexually frustrated.

Constipated? Maybe at times. But I've never crapped my pants because if I did, I wouldn't be constipated, I'd have the runs.

Nice try with your insults, idiot. You sound like your 9 years old.
