Bought 2019 F-450 Limited paid a lot $$ for Ford to put such poor quality of tires to only getting 18,500 miles out of the front tires. Clearly I am not the only one with the same complaint when searching reviews!! CAUTION BEFORE PURCHASING FORD TRUCK with Continental tires!

Empty Promises to Customer

To whom it may concern! I bought my car in for a service on Wednesday to your Paulsof Branch.

I was helped by Charles who booked my car in.

I was told that my car needed to get its Boost Pipe and Sensor replaced as well as getting its 5th Annual Service.However you guys managed to do the service but said that you had to order the boost pipe and I will bring the car back on Friday as said by Charles, I said to Charles are you sure that the part will arrive as I needed the car to Travel to Durban first thing on Monday. however I got nothing but empty promises and now I am stuck and cant travel to Durban because of CHARLES I am very upset with this and when speaking to Charles over the phone he had nothing but attitude

I have a 2013 Ford Edge and for the 4th time my brake booster went. I think this is ridiculous. I have contacted my dealer and they said contact Ford, I contacted Ford and they said contact the dealer. Talk about the run around. I never wanted to buy a Ford due to their horrible customer service. But, I loved the Edge and thought I would give it a chance. I am done with Ford.

Lack of Service

I purchased a 2002 Thunderbird from Red McCombs Ford, San Antonio (833-711-****) and they now refuse to service/repair this model. I was told they "don't like to work on TBirds." This was Ford's "halo car." I have left numerous voice mails for service advisors and two for the Gen Mgr: Henry Finley. NO one has the courtesy to return my calls. Ford needs to service what they sell!

4 times my brake booster had failed. Ford refuses to acknowledge it is an issue on my 2013 Ford Edge. I have never had this happen before. It is not normal. Ford sucks in helping customers. I wanted to buy American and will never buy a Ford again. Unfortunately I loved my Ford Edge - but done!

Ford continued to delay a warranty repair on my car for months. Until coincidentally, I managed to get hold of an internal email from Ford showing that she was deliberately opposing the repair. The internal document outlines Ford's policy to postpone warranty repairs for as long as possible, along with a list of possible excuses for their dealers. Only after the intervention of a lawyer was Ford willing to repair my car. Customer service 0/10 - so far my worst experience with a company ever.

Unresolved issue

I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape. It has been in the shop twice. The second time I have been waiting 3 weeks for Ford to deliver the part to the dealer. In the meantime there are no loaner cars and I have paid out of pocket to rent a vehicle. This is Ford's problem and regardless of the dealer I should be provided with a vehicle at no charge until mine is fixed.

bob smith Lincoln sold my a Lincoln with a 100,000 miles the engine blew at 104000 had extended Warrenty or so I thought that was bought through a company called Mastertech concidently in michigan they are not licensed in Montana where they sold me the service plan. this company got 3800 plus 20000 of my money and they have done nothing for me I own a large transportattion company for 20 years and have never heard of such Run sell run I promise you ford I will see you in court

Recall reimbursement

I received a recall notice in May 2020. After 2 years my 2014 f150 was finally included in a brake master pump recall. In May i mailed original receipt from dealer and Recall notice as requested by ford. I was told in the letter That it could take up to 60 days to process. It has been 4 months and still no check. I tried calling recall number but Customer service is in the phillipines. They were no help at all but quick to give me a confirmation number. Ford has clearly failed again and I will not ever buy ford again!

Preferred solution: I would like the dashboard replaced, considering it is suppose to be top of the line for the product along with the fact that the USB does not work and I was told I would have to replace it for a few hundred of dollars and car is not old
