We have a 350 2014 diesel has now around 110,000 miles on the truck we started to have problems about 5 to 6 months ago. 1.
the radiator got a crack in it why would a radiator get a crack 2. the fuel pump had a major blow out contaminated the whole fuel system around $8000.00 took them 2 months to get the parts to fix it then 1 1/2 month to get the dealership to fix it. we get the truck back 2 more problems that was not there when we towed it to the dealership the df sensor went bad $700.00 and the back up sensor went bad $200.00 has to go back in the shop we have been working with a representative from Ford he talked about a least getting reimbursed from the truck being down for so long they come back with only 1 month payment while it was down for 3 1/2 months. this has really put a strain on our family for 31/2 months.
1 month is not acceptable. their reasoning behind 1 month was that it is a 2014 model. We take very good care of our vehicIes .110,000 miles is not anything for us since we live in the country. we also own a 2014 350 15 passenger van.
They are not standing by their products. my recommendation for anyone wanting to purchase a diesel I would think twice about purchasing a FORD..We have decided to trade both of the vehicles in and go with another brand. we have never in our life have had so many problems out of a vehicle. We are both retired
we thought this would our last new vehicle that we were going purchase.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE OUT THERE THAT IS THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING A NEW FORD PICKUP TRUCK ESPECIALLY A DIESEL DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!! BETTER GET READY FOR EXPENSES OUT OF POCKET
Review about: 2014 Ford F350 Pickup Truck.
Reason of review: not being satisfied with their decision.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Preferred solution: reimbursed us for the down time of not being able to use our truck.
