I took my 2004 Ford Freestar to Advantage Ford for a routine oil change as I left the service area the check engine symbol came on. Ireturned on Monday the 11 0f June tohave them check the van they told me It would cost $134.

to check out the problem.I have an extended warranty on the van.If the vanNeeded apart it would be covered. other then that I had to pay. I am disabled it was hard toget to the ford showroom. They picked up the van and fixed the problem and were on the way back to me the light came on again.they returned to the showroom and returned the van the next day.

My primary complaint is with the treatment by the General Manager.He called me a liar.He said That I had not called him 4or 5 times. when I did.I feel that they caused the wire to come loose when theydid the oil change. It Used 1/2 a tank of gas bringing the van back and forth. They also kept the van overnight.

So it was an inconvience.
