On 10/18/2016 I brought my 2016 Ford Fusion to Hempstead ford/lincoln in hopes of repairing a broken inside driver door handle.Only to be told that the part is on back order until the end of november and the handle would cost 60.00 plus 100.00 to install it. When i questioned the cost?

after being told my extended warrantee does not cover it? The service manager became very nasty towards me? I would like to understand why a door handle is made out of plastic, why is it not covered by the extended warrantee i thought covered my car? And how the manager FRANK is allowed to be so Nasty most of the Time?

How a customer is treated has Importance!!! And this matter is not over yet.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with car and stated that there is a room for improvement of the service manager. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of ford customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $160. Ford needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
