Have a ford Escape SUV Brought to the Autonation for a simple recall on the drivers door. I asked representative the time frame was told nomore than 48 hours. We'll today is going into t3WKS. NO UPD.

My feelings are not to be posted. I have bo positive thoughts on Ford Autonation.

I cannot speak for all of their service support but one customer service advisor Jose
Campuzano did nothing to help me. no updates. He never return my calls, I left messages after messages he disappeared and dismissed my calls.This was a simple recall on a problems Ford found in my front left driver door a 48 hrs. Work log turned into 4 weeks.

Lies after lies were told. Truth they never had the tools to repair the door but accepted my truck any way. One employee name Teiron Lee 832651**** was the only person at This dealership to help me. Jose Campuzano was truly a very bad non interested employer.

I'm sorry I will never return to this dealership for anything no repairs and differently no national recalls.
I can say more if I don't received my car back today Friday July 26th. I will be contacting the area television station ( news). I could say more but Terion Lee is an excellent employee he went over his job expectations to help get the simple recall completed for me . I totally appreciate his effort.

I never had chance to speak with Jose Campuzano suvisonor.

I was told he was on vacation manager never in office that was a major problem with me.
I am finished because I because angry when I think of what I have been through with this dealership. Good bye

Waiting for new build

Hello
I have not heard back from Ford. We are anxiously waiting for a new Ford Transit 15 passenger van.

We ordered in September, but the build process is not even started yet.My daughter has special needs and is in a wheelchair. Our van has 210,000 miles on it and we are averaging two medical appointments a week. We are so fearful of a breakdown. We have a large family and cannot afford to rent a special handicap van.Our our order is a Ford Transit with a mid roof.

Once we get the van, it still has to be converted to handicap accessible. Time is a huge factor.
