My name is Marys Mata and I am extremely disappointed customer, I leased a 2015 Ford Focus Sport and over a period of 1 year I had my clutch replaced 3 times, my car has transmission issued and so on. Each time i took the vehicle to the dealer they were not able to fix it properly.

So now the car is just sitting at home- not safe to drive. I am still waiting for a settlement on my case with Ford regarding this matter since this car is consider a LEMON. Besides all the inconveniences i had with this car the Service Manager at Ford Lincoln Pompano Beach Mr. Stewart didn't have the courtesy to talk to me regarding my service, instead he told me " I don't have time to deal with you right now".

which i found particularly very disrespectful and rude. Work on those customer service skills PLEASE.
