To ford, My name is Cherrelle Reed.i am a repeated ford customer.My father is Stevenson Reed and we have had several fords.i have recently purchased a 2014 ford focus at Glenn Ford dealership in nicholasville,kY.i have had my car for four years and have encountered the dual exhaust transmission faculty clutch problem starting April 20,2017.i have taken my car to the shop for over a month and my car is still not fixed.I was told by the salesman​ manager that ford will not out in a 2.0 transmission which does not have a dual exhaust transmission.The salesman manager is saying God will not take this route because it cost too much.The best the dealership can do is want my father to cosign for another vehicle for me.This vehicle is unreliable and not safe.My car continues to loose horsepower while driving. My car is still having battery signal and oil light on.Jason the service manager drove my vehicle Friday May 26,2017 and my car broke down there times.My car needs to be fixed or I need to be given an option for another vehicle or put a 2.0 transmission in my car.Based on the consumer report,this faulty clutch is a know problem.My car has been in the shop and still same issue.i have an extended warranty and my vehicle is still not fixed.This is horrible service.
