My company order a part for a 650 Ford, paid extra for shipping and it is two days later and I still don't have the part and can not get a refund. after speaking the parts manager.

he became argue for what ever reason in which i don't care i told him that the owner was coming in from out of town and that the truck part should be in because i paid extra to get it here the next day.

Now I'm being told they have no ideal and i can't get a refund to go purchase from somewhere else. what do i do
