I bought a F-150 and it did not have a manual in it....the dealer died and the dealership is now closed. I have contacted Ford a zillion times and not one person can help me in securing a manual except downloading one or buying one from their bookstore for $65.

I've always owned Fords and only put 75,000 miles on them before trade and you know I always get shafted on a trade-in. I have spent hours calling and texting their phone tree. It always starts out with "I'm sorry"......This is awful customer service!

How many $65,000 trucks does one have to buy before he gets a manual. by the way...Ford pass sucks too!
