Had a appt for 1:00p.m ,they took my car back for oil change only on time and 2 hours and 15 min later i got my car,I know Ford can do better than this ,my husband now pass was a BIG believer in FORD period. The sevice was bad,concern was none until 2 hrs came about.The customer waiting area was aweful,dated and unclean,the service dept very dated with area and computers and how they set appt's,i go in to make appt in person they took my name and number and tell me someone will call me , I am driving down the street 5 minutes later i get a call to make a appt for service is this. I would say *** *** POOR SERVICE,and i bet this dealership is loosing lots of money
