Letter advising recall states "Parts are now available to repair your vehicle" to replace airbags for second time. Called dealer, reply , as usual, "we don't have parts".

Same as last time. Had to call Ford Motor Co. Customer Service Rep. who called me back after calling a Ford dealer in my area and advised that I call that dealer.

They had parts and did the work. Here we go again. Have always been a Ford user, and was looking forward to the new Ford Ranger being introduced.

I think I will have to look at other brands. I'm getting a little perturbed by the attitude of the Ford dealers when you call them for service, and when you do have the dealers service your vehicle, you know you have been taken to the cleaners.
