Ever since I’ve purchased my f150 platinum I’ve had multiple issues with sunroof and seat control modules multiple Times. I have been to several dealerships 4 different times and my issue has never been fixed.
I need get a comparable loaner and even had to pay for my loaner when my truck is always gone for at least 2-3 weeks. At 2 slearate dealerhsip my truck has sustained damage while in their possession and even saw tolls at 3am and other hours at the night while in their possession as well. Customer service manager for my region Phedra Chevry cannot communicate in a timely manner or return phone calls. I even tried other customer care representatives and I just go in cockers.
Clearly this company doesn’t care about customers. Especially those who spend 65k on a truck
