Brake Rotors on my 2014 F-150 inadequate and dealer says its not his problem. Dealer turned rotors when they warped during warranty period.

It did not take long for them to warp again. Dealer would not repair. I had to take the truck to an independent who judged the rotors insufficient for the truck and ungraded them. No problem since.

Dealer's attitude is that it is Ford's problem. not theirs. They say that they are an independent franchise and I should complain to Ford. Ford doesn't respond.

Dealer is Freeway Ford in Denver.

Buyer Beware. Don't do business with Ford Motor Company or Freeway Ford in Denver.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Rejected manufacturing defect as warranty claim, Fords inability to fix their cars.
