The Drivers side power mirror on my F-250 won't fold in took it to the dealer who needed pictures to send to imaging which stated there were two marks on the mirror and refused to fix it. Since I have called customer service three times and had the dealer appeal to Ford twice for repair authorization under the warranty and each time they have denied.

Asked for a supervisor to call me no dice and the dealer has pretty much left it as an oh well. Dealer has over 13 pictures of the mirror.

This person wrote the review because of warranty issue of ford warranty from Ford. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1500 and wants Ford to "fix the mirror".

The most disappointing in user's experience was customer service. Author liked the most truck until a lack of customer service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
