In July 2013, I had a complaint about my car clutch problem as it jerks. Until today November 21st 2013, they have not solved the problem.
The service center technician says he had file a report to Kuala Lumpur head office & they have to send the report to US to approve the replacement. I cannot believe that the support is so bad & need to take 4 months to approve the replacement...they are so inexperienced...what a disappointment! I've found out that all the cars with dual clutch had this problem.
Even new Ford Focus is still using the same clutch. Don't buy!!!
