Not resolved

My torque converter went out on the highway at 65 mph, no power to the wheels, we could have been killed. We had it replaced at our own expense.

Finally Ford recalls the part but will not pay us what we paid to have it done by a Ford dealer. And they wont replace the torque converter they put in prior to the recall which is still defective. Now many others are not getting paid by Ford because their repair receipts say converter instead of torque converter, or they don't have a Ford part number on them. If you are having problems too please visit my facebook page and leave your story.

We are gathering all the stories we can.!/pages/2004-Ford-Freestar-Recall-Issues/195977853868935
