Not resolved

over 3 months ago i made a complaint threw ford in reference to my navigation out of date when i took delivery of my 2008 ford f150 king ranch. i was told by navstar that my nav disk is out of date that they would charge me 140.00 dollars to send me a new disk.

my truck was purchased in late April 2008 and hey tell me the nav is out of date before i used it.this as really pissed me off since this is my 6 ford that i purchased within the past 2 years,but what really got my goat is they have not gotten back with me .i will not buy ford again since i guess my complaint is too small and not important to a big company . this is important to a little man
