Product or Service Quality

I bought a brand new 2014 Ford Fusion and my transmission went out 248 miles after the warranty expired. I had to have the car repaired (new transmission which cost me ~$5000) and it came with a 2 year warranty.

My transmission went out again after 15 months and Ford is now telling me that it is a different part of the transmission that failed and that I now have to spend another $5k-$6k to get it fixed. Ford is telling that it is not under warranty and I am responsible for the repair.

This is completely unacceptable and I have contacted Ford directly (with no resolution). They appraised my car at $800 (but if I repair my transmission, they will give me $6500 for it)...but what sense does that make??

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $6000.

Preferred solution: either fix my car for free or pay off the balance on my vehicle so i can purchase another vehicle.

I liked: I loved my vehicle- best car i felt that i have purchased.

I didn't like: All the repairs.
