Contacted ford and explained navigational system was not working properly I was transferred to here’s maps, a private company putting in ford’s navigational system. Ford would not honor my warranty even though I was warranted up to 2020.

Here’s maps refused to correct the problem. The dealer explained the navigational system was not good. Warning, do not purchase a vehicle from ford, a company that will not back up their vehicles even while under warranty. Sorry ford.

Your company is not reputable and people need to be informed about it I believe when you purchase a vechicle the company should stand by their products and if they use a company to install anything on the vechicle, they should make sure that company warrants everything and especially when you have paid for extra warranties.

Ford evidently does not care about their customers after they have purchased their vehicles. People should be aware of this lack of responsibility and indifference to customers.
