Ford quality Let's start off at the beginning purchased my car from Russ Milney brought it home and looked at the front of the car and the facia was pinned under the headlight assembly. This was the way the car was delivered brought the car back and had the dealership repair it. After the repair looked under the hood the bolts that hold the facia on were over tightened and the hold downs are all cracked nice. Now let's get to the paint ,payed extra for the tri coat paint didn't realize that tri coat means three different colors. Fenders don't match the hood and the hood and the fenders don't match the front facia what a bloody mess.

(2) every time I bring the car to Russ Milney they come with some lame excuse.

(5) drivetrain the wonderful clunk is that to tell you that you have shifted form forward to reverse

(6) the car was in an accident probably at the dealership I found a part list in of all places the air intake box while I was putting in a K&N filter. The part list was for a right light assembly and parts for supporting the fixture the same light the facia was pinned under. I understand now why nobody in the service department would write up my complaints about fit and finish. I believe that someone in the dealership w
