in the first month i had 10 - 12 problems, still having some. Fords response is " i will have to deal with it, and it is someone else problem." i own 3 sprinters and have had no to very little problems.
this van gets only 16 miles to the gallon, while my sprinters get 22 - 25. ford dealers are refusing to fix the side door, which is not aligned properly, because they say they can't get it ino teir spray booth - HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM. they made the roof so weak that small branches are putting large dents, with such a high roof you can't help hitting branches in neighborhoods. a tail light will cost $320 - this is highway robbery.
i can get a tail light for a very highend sport car for alot less. average tail lights cost $100 - $140. the rear seats that are supose to come out with ease - DON'T. i can only take out one of the three rows, this is just dumb.
the dash continues to tell me i have a flat tire when they are all inflated properly, when taken to dealer they took out air because sticker on driver door said so. still having problem. list goes on.
bottom line - THIS VAN HAS BEEN THE WORST BUY I HAVE EVER MADE.
DON'T BUY THIS VAN, YOU TO WILL REGRET IT. as i have been driving i have had several people ask me what i think of it, and i tell them all the same.
i even had one other person say he was having problems with his, and he wanted to know if others were as well.
