This is regarding our vehicle registration number DL 10 CF 4666 Eco sport .We use to send our vehicle at Harpreet ford regularly but this time we are really surprised on being cheated.
We always had faith in "Ford" with such a big fan following and good reputation in the market but this time we really are disheartened to find out that how people are being cheated in reputed companies like ford as well.
We sent our vehicle for claim this january for getting both right side tyres changed due to damage and what we told that both tyres have been changed to brand new and we were even given the bill for the same after adjusting our claim amount .
But hard to believe and was really shocking what actually was done at Harpreet ford body shop ,they did not change the tyres but just reversed the side of the tyres and right ones were shifted to left side inside out (Rotated on the rim).
They took the claim for both new tyres and were not changed just our old tyres were put to shine like brand new as our car had just done 4000 km approx only .But we never thought in our wildest of dreams that this can also be done in such big companies .
So never bothered to check just in good faith we were enjoying our car drive thinking now all tyres are new and safe .
4 days back it got into our notice luckily when we parked our car outside our house and the left front tyre was positioned as such that we could see the inside side of it.It was the same tyre punched at the exact same location for which pictures were sent for the claim and moreover there has been no puncture till date it was just at the time of both tyre damage thats all never before or after that.
Moreover in this car there has been some noise since the day we purchased .After our repeated complaints and repeated servicing this problem has not being solved which can be checked at harpreet ford servicing record for all the details and complaints and waiting for parts dues to unavailability.
There is some manufacturing defect in this car too that incompetent service advisors have till date not being able to locate .They even have changed few parts also but the problem remains the same.
So over all we thought we would be delighted to buy a ford car but it has been a really bad experience .As since the day we have bought this car it has more been in the workshop rather than being with us .Always that sound troubles from the first day till date.And to top all this now cheated for tyres too.
Do get all of the above problems sorted at the earliest and do suggest what best can be done in regard for the compensation against cheating and fraud to avoid further harassment and to avoid pursue this matter legally.
Prompt reply would be appreciated on the above matter to avoid notice from our legal advisor .
