I have a 2014 fusion ECO since march 2014, with 6990mi on it. The check engine came on; I went to the dealer which I was told that the nearest appointment date was a week away.One week later I went back to the dealer after a check, the fuel pump was the problem the part had to be order,they would call me.I waited 5 days,no call.I went back and the part was in but I had to wait another week for the appointment.
O.K. this is the second day in shop.CLAIM ITS BEING WORK ON!!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Process takes too long.
