Purchased my 2010 F250 from these yahoos, they lied about the financing rate and tried to steer me away from buying the Ford warranty. They advised the Ford warranty was not complete and did not cover the entire vehicle.

My 2010 f250 was towed 9 times. The Service Manager named Mario tried to tell me that i needed to use 3x's the amount of anti gel formula than reccomended. ... How much is that per gallon?

So they escalted this issue to some sorry excuse of a regional Ford problem solver named Nate.

He took my info and said he needed 10 days to investigate my problems and would advise on a buyback. 10 days passed and Nate made a decision to not buy the truck back, without even seeing the truck. Poor product, poor service, incompetant people. I later found that my 2010 F250 diesel engine was a known problem.

wow, I had the same problem with them, they told me the Ford extended warranty was not a full warranty.
