It is so sad the consumer who has a business owned fleet truck doesn't have any recourse when the said vehicle has been in the repair shop TEN times with less that 100,000 miles. What is out there for us?
The lemon law for my state and it seems like all others states, do not cover a vehicle over 10,000 lbs and any vehicle that is part of a fleet. If a vehicle is broken ten times from poor craftsdmanship on the manufacturers part the lemon law should apply!
All repairs were covered under the manufacturers warranty, but having to rent a replacement vehicle gets costly after ten times with some of the break downs within 1,000 miles or less! If this isn't a clear case of consumer rights discrimination!
