I purchased a 2002 Taurus Jan 2003. It was a dealer demo with 8000 miles on it.

It now has 28,500 miles on it. Last week the blower motor and rheostat went out. Dealer says 600.00 to fix it. He just called and said the blower motor had been siliconed into place and that the case could break when removing the motor, another 700.00's added to the bill.

What happened to "Quality is job 1"? I called Ford and their answer was "Oh well your vehicle is out of warranty.

I can now see that this will be my final Ford purchase.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ford Warranty.

Monetary Loss: $1400.

I know why you want them to fail, it is because you failed math class by not putting the "$" sign in front of numbers when talking about money. How are we to know if you are talking about $600 or 600 pounds(British money).

You have a childish attitude that since I failed math I want someone else to fail. Why are you driving anyways, after all from your letter you must be like only six years old.
