In 2011 bought brand new Ford Explorer XLT and I have had nothing but problems.1 month after buying it the paint was peeling.

Then a host of other problems. Exactly at 3 years old I had 9 rust spots that Ford refused to fix unless I paid them over $2,000. A 3 year old car should not be rusting. Then again at 3 years old in 2014, there was a recall on the power steering rack (I lost all power steering while driving and it was very scary and dangerous to boot).

Mahwah New Jersey supposedly replaced the steering rack and now it has failed again. They want me to pay $2,200 for them to fix it. Obviously this is a faulty Ford part that they are refusing to fix unless I pay them thousands of dollars. Where is their loyalty.

Obviously they do not stand behind their vehicles and I will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER FORD!!!!What a piece of junk!
