My pristine 2003 Ford Thunderbird (stored in a heated garage, only 25,700 miles) had a repair in 2015 for program 07N09. It was a special extended warranty covered by Ford, due to a known defect in the car.
After less than 2,000 miles driven, the same problem re-occurred!
The cost to me for the exact same repair, less than 2,000 miles later is $590 because the program is only a "one-time repair".
This is a highly collectible car that I plan to keep long-term. I am now afraid that every time I take the car out of annual storage that I may have to pay nearly $600 to drive the car 1,000 for the season.
