I bought a 3 year old Fiesta, and the under-the-hood fuse panel is badly corroded and needs to be replaced. i have been waiting for over a month for the spare parts (panel and wiring harness) and still no sign of it being delivered anytime soon.

I can't drive the car at night as it has no lights as the main light relay contacts are corroded so the lights do not come one.

A 3 year old car should not corrode this way. Ford of Canada have no idea about where the replacement part is and are generally not helpful at all.
