Capistrano Ford diagnosed a problem on my F150 as a fouled spark plug with a bad coil. They did not know what would have caused the coil and plug on one cylinder to have gone bad. They wanted me to pay $745. to replace the 8 plugs & coils along with a DPFE (sensor).

I thought this was exhorbitant so I had a private mechanic that I have used in the past price the same work. His price was $526. That is $219. less and not only that he actually knew why the coil and plug went bad.

I had Capistrano Ford rotate my tires last year and they scratched up my polished alloys so as far as quality is concerned, I don't believe they provide more quality for the difference in price.

I won't use them again.
