Called about recall that was never sent to me. I found out from a mechanic that performed emission on my fusion.

They told me to go to Sterling McCall in Houston. I called to make an appointment but was told to that adviser will call me back in 10 minutes. 90 minutes no call. Called back and left a message for director to call me back.

No call from director. Adviser called and set up an schedule. Went to dealership. I was told no schedule was made.

They took my car. Waited 1 hour to tell me that they had no parts for recall and cannot give me a loaner while waiting for parts. I called Ford told them why I was not told that there was no parts and no loaner for safety recall. They said that my car was safe to drive even after I told them that them that my wife and son's life could be in jeopardy.

What a caring company. Not.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Very bad and un-caring.
