Brought vehicle in for recall repair. Service people (including manager) couldn't call when complete.
Repeated promises to call back, were just dropped. No compassion for customer side of situation. When I tried to report this on Ford Customer Care site, no email accepted-site under repair. All Ford Motor can do is accept money.
This is a sad American company, that should go broke.
I'll own a Turkish push cart before another Ford. How hard can it be, to have some low-life, poorly paid, ***-ant employee, call people and tell them the repair will take a little longer or the vehicle repair is complete.
