They had my pickup for 2 plus months for repair! Replaced parts I already replaced and parts I didn't have issues with UNTIL they worked on it.

Still not running properly per their service dept. but costing me $3700 plus tax to finally get it out. Originally it was $300 plus tax! PLUS ~ I had to go buy a used pick up to get back and forth to work in.

I called and called but would seldom get calls back. Spoke to general manager and to service manager very few times. Was always told, they'll call you back or at lunch! Yeah right!

Lunch at 4:30 in the afternoon!

NEVER EVER take your vehicle to this dealership!!!!

It's obvious they don't know what they are doing. VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

Review about: Ford Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Management, Customer service, Repairs.

No this issue has not been resolved. I finally got my truck out but it is still not running correctly!

This issue was completely resolved and customer has removed his complaint from the Better Business Bureau.
