I HAVE A 2002 FORD F-350 SUPER DUTY 4X4 WITH JUST OVER 200,000KMS ON IT. LAST JUNE 18, 2013, THE THROTTLE PEDAL BECAME UNRESPONSIVE.

I TOOK IT TO THE WELLS GREY SERVICE CENTER IN CLEARWATER, BC WHICH IS MY HOMETOWN. THE NEAREST FORD DEALER IS 125KMS AWAY IN KAMLOOPS, BC. THEY REPLACED THE PEDAL FOR ME AT A COST OF $272.95 PLUS TAX, SHIPPING AND LABOUR FOR A TOTAL OF $534.78. I WENT TO LAS VEGAS ON JANUARY 2,2014 AND THE PEDAL WAS UNRESPONSIVE AGAIN.

I TOOK THE TRUCK TO FORD COUNTRY AT VALLEY AUTO MALL, 280N. GIBSON ROAD, HENDERSON, NEVADA. THEY REPLACED THE PEDAL AND THE COST WAS $264.87 PLUS TAXES AND LABOUR FOR A TOTAL OF US$506.45.

NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY THESE PEDALS KEEP FAILING AND I DON'T THINK I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY ALL THESE CHARGES. AGAIN, ON JUNE 7, 2014 THE PEDAL FAILED IN KAMLOOPS AND WAS REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY!

Review about: Ford Warranty.
