My Ford Focus SE has had problems twice now with the automatic transmission. I have had the car approximately a year and five months.
The car was purchased in September of 2014. This is the first time the service center has told me that the transmission is an engineering mistake by ford motor company.
I hope ford motor company would step up to the plate an tell their customers we will fix our mistake and quit dodging the problem. Your actions may influence my future car purchases.
