I own a 2015 F250 and the tranny line broke at 9100 miles. The warranty expired and so I used my AAA service to tow it for repair.

A month later, the transmission wouldn't shift higher than third gear. I called Ford helpline and was told to bring it to nearest Ford dealership since the powertrain warranty covered till December 2019. Both dealerships I dealt with visually inspected my truck and accused me of driving it without transmission fluid even though I have receipt from the towing company. I called Ford back and they said they only goes by what the dealership told them.
