Ford has failed to respond to several inquiries about the $1,000 bonus rebate that I did not receive when I purchased an F250 Super Duty PU in December 2007. Dealer apparently got it and will not assist.
Your customer service center likewise does not respond. We have purchased several new ford vehicles in the recent years and it is obvious that Ford has absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. We received no incentives from the dealership except $2500 cash rebate and had to get our owners manual the following month. Next purchase will be other than ford.
Very disappointed with dealer and ford motor company.
