Bought a 2015 Fusion in December 2014. For the first 15 months, the car was flawless, then I went out one morning and had no power.

Had the car jump started and replaced the battery. Two months later-dead again. This time a part was replaced. Ran fine until November 2016, dead again.

This time a part was replaced. December 31-dead again. Dealer could not identify a problem. This time asked my salesman about a trade and he did not respond to emails and calls.

February 21-dead again and currently back at the dealer. Called Ford Customer Service this time and with patronizing empathy, the rep told me that they will do nothing but get the car running again.

When I asked the woman if she could trust this car, she stated she would be "skeptical." The height of hypocrisy. Will need to dump this car ASAP.
